Advantis bolsters operation with senior appointment

One of the UK’s fastest growing debt collection companies has strengthened its senior management team with the appointment of Karen Williams as its new Operations Director.
Karen joins Advantis following a 20 year call centre management career including positions at Garlands, RAC, AXA, First Telecom and BUPA. More recently she was at Lowell Financial where she was Head of Collections and was responsible for their training academy, winning a National Award in the process.
Advantis’ Managing Director, Steve Jackson, said that the appointment has added to the firm’s growing capabilities. “Karen brings a wealth of call centre and collections experience and we’re delighted to have her aboard.

Founded in 2004 by Mr. Jackson, Advantis is one of the UK’s fastest growing debt collection companies with an office in Stoke-on-Trent employing in excess of 80 people.
It handles almost 1 million debt cases each year and works with some of the country’s biggest names in utilities, finance, retail and telecoms.
